when to use Mintsoft operationally

In order to give you the tools to do your job as efficiently as possible, Mintsoft is your ideal IT partner. Please see below some of the things you can do to prevent the need to contact us and improve your customer’s journey with you.

CHANGING AN address for an ORDER

If your customer needs to change a delivery address of an order you are able to update this directly into Mintsoft. Please note, you must do this on Mintsoft. You can do it on your webshop platform, but as we only download your order once and changes you make on your webshop after we have downloaded it will not be reflected on our system. Therefore you must do it on Mintsoft. To do this, please locate the order, click Manage, then Details and make the required change. Only orders in the ‘NEW’ & ‘BACK ORDER’ status can be changed as these have not been picked by us. You are not able to make changes to orders in any other statuses as those orders will either in the process of being packed or have already been despatched.

cancelling an order

Therefore you must do it on Mintsoft. To do this, please locate the order, tick the box to the left of the order, and above, to the right of Bulk Actions, please locate ‘Cancel’. Then press ‘Go’ Only orders in the ‘NEW’ & ‘BACK ORDER’ status can be changed as these have not been picked by us. You are not able to make changes to orders in any other statuses as those orders will either in the process of being packed or have already been despatched.
