Do you integrate with Amazon?
Yes. Amazon connects to our warehouse system, Mintsoft, so your fulfilled-by-merchant orders come through automatically and tracking is sent back to Amazon.
What is FBA prep?
Preparing your stock to Amazon's requirements before it goes into Amazon's fulfilment centres. That can include product labels, bundling, polybagging, carton labels and palletising.
Can you send stock into Amazon FBA for me?
Yes. Create your shipment in Seller Central, send us the details and labels, and we'll prepare and despatch the cartons or pallets.
Why store stock with a 3PL instead of all in FBA?
Holding reserve stock with us lets you top up Amazon as you need to, keeps stock available for your other channels, and can help you avoid Amazon's long-term storage fees.
Can you ship Amazon orders from the EU?
Yes. Our Rotterdam warehouse can hold stock for EU customers and marketplaces.
Is there a minimum order volume?
We work best with brands shipping 300 or more orders a month across their channels. Talk to us if you're growing towards that.
