Does Scale 3PL integrate with Shopify?
Yes. Your Shopify store connects to our warehouse system, Mintsoft, so orders come through automatically and fulfilment and tracking updates sync back to Shopify. Our integration guides walk you through it.
How quickly do Shopify orders ship?
Direct-to-consumer orders received by 12pm, Monday to Friday, are despatched the same working day. B2B and pallet orders go out within 48 hours.
Can you ship my Shopify orders to Europe?
Yes. Ship from Thame to anywhere, or hold stock at our Rotterdam warehouse and send EU orders from inside the EU, so your customers avoid customs delays and import charges on delivery.
Can I sell on other channels as well as Shopify?
Yes. We also connect to Amazon, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, Etsy and more, so all your orders are fulfilled from one pool of stock.
Is there a minimum order volume?
We work best with brands shipping 300 or more orders a month. If you're close to that, talk to us anyway.
Who looks after my customers?
You do. We work in the background. Tracking goes back to Shopify automatically, so make sure your shipping notifications are switched on.
