What goes into a 3PL bill
Every 3PL charges for broadly the same things. The difference is the rate, and what's hidden in the small print.
Storage
Charged per pallet, shelf or bin, usually weekly. Slow-moving stock costs you every week it sits there.
Goods in
Receiving, checking and booking your stock into the system, per delivery, pallet or carton.
Pick & pack
A charge per order plus a charge per item picked. Orders with more items cost more to pick.
Courier
Usually the biggest cost. We pass it through at cost plus 10%, with no hidden surcharges from us.
Returns
Checking returned items and putting good stock back on the shelf, ready to sell again.
Account management
Your dedicated account manager, reporting and system access.
