Common questions

Where is your UK warehouse?
Our UK fulfilment centre is at Unit 19, Thame Park Business Centre, Wenman Road, Thame, Oxfordshire, OX9 3XA, just off the M40 between London, Oxford and Birmingham.
Do you deliver to the whole of the UK?
Yes. We ship to every UK postcode, including Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Most addresses get next-day delivery on tracked services. The Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland can take an extra day.
Which couriers do you use?
Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, InPost lockers, FedEx and Spring, plus pallet networks for B2B and larger deliveries. We choose the right service for each order.
How fast do orders go out?
D2C orders received by 12pm, Monday to Friday, go out the same day. B2B and pallet orders can take up to 48 hours.
Can I visit your warehouse?
Yes. Book a visit with us and we’ll show you round.
Can you ship to Europe too?
Yes. Add our Rotterdam warehouse to ship EU orders from inside the EU, or send orders from the UK to customers abroad.
