Keep costs down

Six ways to get more from every pound.

Keep weights and sizes accurate

Correct product weights and dimensions mean the right courier service and packaging, first time.

Send an ASN for every delivery

Deliveries we’re expecting are faster to book in, and your stock is ready to sell sooner.

Review slow-moving stock

Stock that hasn’t sold in months still takes up space. Ask us about returning or clearing it.

Ship in the right packaging

Products that ship in their own packaging, or fit a smaller mailer, can cost less to send.

Check charges during the month

Unconfirmed Invoice Items shows charges as they happen, so there are no surprises.

Questions

Common questions.

Do the charges include VAT?

The charge lines are before VAT. VAT is added at the bottom of your invoice.

Why does postage change from month to month?

It depends on how many orders you send and the services they use. Heavier, larger or international parcels, and faster services, cost more.

What’s the difference between picking and invoice admin?

Invoice admin is a flat fee for each order. Picking is charged for the items on that order, so an order with more products costs more to pick.

Why is there a rework charge?

Rework covers extra work outside a normal pick and pack, like kitting, bundling, relabelling or extra labour. You’ll only see it if we’ve done that work for you.

Where can I see the detail behind each line?

In your portal, under 3PL Accounting. Open the invoice with View, or use the Extended Invoice Report. See View and download your invoices.
