What you pay for, and why
Good fulfilment partnerships start with clarity. Every rate here is a genuine starting point. We show "from" prices because your exact costs depend on your product dimensions, packaging and order volumes. There are no hidden handling surcharges or mystery charges buried in your invoice.
Carrier and pallet delivery costs are passed through at cost plus 10%. That 10% covers our administration, carrier management and claims handling, so you benefit from our negotiated carrier rates without us marking up logistics at your expense. Couriers can add their own surcharges, which we explain in full on our courier charges page.
If you're shipping more than 300 D2C orders a month, your pricing will be tailored to your operation, based on your volumes, SKU count and storage needs.
All prices exclude VAT and are subject to change. "From" pricing is our standard starting rate. Your account manager will confirm the rate for your account. Carrier charges are passed through at cost plus 10%.
