Bespoke labels & documents

For some orders you may require us to attach a case label or document that is not already part of the item in the warehouse. For example when we:

  • kit build single items into cases of 6

  • prepare items for FBA

  • send items abroad and a customs declaration is needed.

  • we send items to a customers such as Selfridges or Liberty’s who require bespoke delivery notes.

  • courier labelling for the unique times your own courier will collect the goods rather than using our standard courier options.

Basically anytime you need something added to your order that is not already within the warehouse and requires printing, it's important to follow the below process when the order is placed on Mintsoft.

STEP 1:

As you add the order onto Mintsoft, please locate the field, ‘Packing Notes’ and enter the relevant information. Please don’t assume because we have sent the order in the past, we know what to do again as the people reading and packing the order may not have done it before. We need to make this clear and simple every time.

Step 2:

at the bottom of that same page, please press the ‘Upload Attachments Next? button

A digital form with fields labeled EORI Number and PID Number, and toggle switches for Save Address and Upload Attachments, both set to OFF.

Step 3:

On the next screen, please add each document we need to print and please ensure they are set as PDF to prevent any formatting errors.

Each case label must be attached separately with the SKU code added as the title for our matching.

  • Case labels must be sized 6 x 4 inches

  • Item labels 55 x 35mm

  • FBA labels must be on 27 sheet template

Following this process will ensure that orders placed will contain the correct labelling and documents.

Unfortunately failure to follow this process, will delay your order. It's really important you refrain from emailing documents or labels to your Account Manager as these can be missed.
