Can you fulfil B2B and D2C orders from the same stock?
Yes. Your retailer, wholesale and online orders all draw from one pool of stock in our warehouse, so you don’t need to split stock between channels.
How quickly are B2B orders despatched?
B2B, wholesale and retail orders are despatched within 2 working days, or to the delivery date your retailer has booked.
Can you connect to my retailer’s EDI?
Yes. We connect retailer and distributor EDI to our warehouse system through an EDI partner, so purchase orders flow in automatically and shipping and stock messages flow back. Tell us which retailer and messages you need, and we’ll scope it with you.
Can you meet retailer labelling and packing rules?
Yes. We pack, label and palletise to each retailer’s requirements, including carton labels, pallet labels and paperwork. Send us their supplier manual and we’ll work to it.
Do you deliver to retailer distribution centres?
Yes. We book pallet and carton deliveries into retailer and wholesaler distribution centres, including timed delivery slots, and handle the paperwork.
Can you supply Amazon as well?
Yes. We prepare and ship stock into Amazon UK and Amazon’s EU marketplaces, alongside your other channels.
