How do I know my orders are packed correctly?
Every packing desk in our warehouses is filmed, and every order is linked to the person who packed it. If there’s ever a question, we can show you the footage.
Is your picking accuracy guaranteed?
Yes. Our contract guarantees at least 98% picking accuracy each month, and we publish our actual performance.
What accreditations do you hold?
Our Rotterdam fulfilment centre is AEO certified, ISO 9001:2015 and FSSC 22000 certified, Skal Bio Controle certified for organic products and NVWA registered, and it’s a registered bonded warehouse. Our Thame warehouse holds an alcohol Premises Licence.
Can I see your contract before I sign?
Yes. Our full terms and conditions for the UK and EU are on our website, written in plain English.
Will I have one point of contact?
