Step by step

5 steps to a smooth delivery

1

Create an ASN in Mintsoft

List everything that's arriving: Warehouse › Goods In › Create ASN. Upload big lists by CSV. How to create an ASN.

Send the ASN PDF to your supplier

Generate the ASN PDF and send it to your supplier or haulier to attach to the delivery. We scan its barcode on arrival.

Upload your customs documents

Unless we're importing the goods for you, submit your customs declaration and wait for our confirmation before booking.

Book your delivery slot

Email goodsineu@scale3pl.co.uk with your ASN number. You'll get a 2-hour window to deliver in.

We check it in

Your stock is booked in, usually within 24 hours, and appears in your Mintsoft stock.

Packaging guidelines
How your stock should arrive
These guidelines make sure your stock can be scanned, checked and put away quickly at both our UK and EU warehouses. Share them with your supplier or factory.

Pallet height
Maximum 1.8m including the pallet, on standard or euro pallets, securely wrapped and stable.
Pallet layout
One SKU per pallet wherever possible. Mixed pallets clearly separated and labelled.
Cartons
One SKU per carton, with cartons uniform in size and weight for each SKU.
Carton labels
SKU code, SKU description and unit quantity clearly shown on every outer carton.
Case barcodes
A clear, scannable case barcode on the outside of every carton, visible without opening it.
Item barcodes
A barcode on the bottom right of every item, flat and fully scannable.
Apparel
Each garment in a sealed, clear polybag with no excess air.
Matching data
Every barcode and label must match the product data you've given us.
Non-conformance
Charges for deliveries that don't follow the process
If we have to correct mistakes made by you or your factory, such as missing addresses, wrong SKUs, incorrect pallet heights or missing clearance documents, we charge a non-conformance fee or our standard labour charge, whichever is higher. Slots run for 2 hours; deliveries that take longer to book in are charged at our standard labour rate.
No customs documents, no booking. We can't receive goods into the Netherlands until your clearance documents are uploaded and confirmed. Upload them here.
Planning around peak and bank holidays? There's no goods in on the Tuesday after a bank holiday, in the week before Black Friday, on the Tuesday after Cyber Monday, or from the week before Christmas until after New Year. See all peak changes.
