Every packing desk at both warehouses is filmed on CCTV, and you can see stock and orders live in your client portal, whatever the time in the US.

Our 12pm UK cut-off, in your time

D2C orders received by 12pm UK time, Monday to Friday, are despatched the same day. For most of the year that means:

Orders that come in during your working day go out the next UK working morning. Times can shift by an hour for a few weeks a year, when UK and US clocks change on different dates.

Get your EORI numbers and VAT registrations in place for the markets you're selling into. We'll tell you what you need.

Ship your stock to us

Send stock in bulk from the US, or straight from your factory to Thame and Rotterdam with Scale 3PL Freight.

Connect your store

Link Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce or your other channels, so UK orders go to Thame and EU orders to Rotterdam.

Start selling

Orders ship from inside each market, tracking flows back to your store, and returns come back to us.

Made in Asia? Ship stock straight from your factory to each warehouse. Goods made outside the UK and EU don't qualify for duty-free movement between them under the UK–EU trade agreement, so sending them via one to reach the other can mean paying duty twice. See our freight services.

Expanding from the US, answered

Can a US company use a UK or EU 3PL?
Yes. Many US brands hold stock with us so they can sell to UK and European customers with local delivery and returns. You'll need the right customs and VAT registrations for each market, and we'll help you understand what applies.
Do I need a UK or EU company?
Not usually. To hold stock in Rotterdam you need an EU EORI and a Dutch VAT number, and Limited Fiscal Representation lets you do that without a Dutch company. For the UK you'll usually need a GB EORI and UK VAT registration. Check the details with your accountant.
Can I use one warehouse for both the UK and EU?
You can, but since Brexit every parcel between the UK and EU goes through customs. Holding stock in both Thame and Rotterdam lets you ship to each market from inside it.
Can you ship my stock from the US or Asia?
Yes. Scale 3PL Freight can bring stock by air or sea from the US, or direct from your factory, cleared through customs and delivered into our warehouses.
What time is your order cut-off in US time?
Our same-day cut-off is 12pm UK time, which for most of the year is 7am Eastern and 4am Pacific.
Which platforms do you integrate with?
Shopify, Amazon, eBay, WooCommerce, TikTok Shop, BigCommerce, Etsy, Magento, Squarespace and custom platforms via API.
