Fulfilment in the Netherlands, answered

Where is your Netherlands warehouse?
Our fulfilment centre is at Bosporusstraat 51, Maasvlakte, at the Port of Rotterdam.
Can you ship to customers outside the Netherlands?
Yes. We ship to customers across the EU, and to the UK, from Rotterdam.
Do I need a Dutch company?
No. You’ll need an EU EORI number and a Dutch VAT number, and we can help with Limited Fiscal Representation so you don’t need a Dutch company.
Can you store goods in bond?
Yes. Our Rotterdam warehouse is a registered bonded warehouse, so goods from outside the EU can be stored with import duty and VAT suspended until they’re released.
Do you handle dangerous goods?
We accept Class 9 dangerous goods, including lithium batteries, with prior agreement and the right documentation.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:30. Goods-in deliveries are booked in within 24 hours of arrival.
