When your products need some extra TLC before they go out, such as relabelling, re-boxing or building bundles, here's how to book it in.
New barcodes, compliance labels, retailer labels or stickers applied to stock.
Moving products into new outer boxes, retail packaging or shipper cartons.
Building multipacks, gift sets, subscription boxes and promotional packs.
Adding flyers, thank-you cards, samples or instructions to products or packs.
Fixing or reworking stock before it can be sold, such as repacking damaged outers.
Preparing stock to a retailer's or marketplace's requirements before despatch.
The lead time is around 10 days from first contact, so get in touch as early as you can.
Once your date is confirmed, create the order in Mintsoft and attach any PDF labels needed. How to add labels to an order.
Email the order reference to your account manager, so the kit build is linked to the right order.
All components, packaging and labels must arrive at least 24 hours before the kit build date.
Enter the date you want your kits ready, and we'll work out when to contact us and when your items need to arrive.
Dates are a guide. Your account manager will confirm the exact kit build date.
A photo or diagram of the finished kit, a list of components per kit, and how it should be packed.
Set the finished kit up as a product in Mintsoft, so it can be stocked and sold like any other item.
Allow a small number of spare components and packaging for any damaged items.
Kit building isn't available in the week before and after Black Friday. Book Black Friday and Christmas kits well in advance.
