Peak and bank holiday Operational Changes

In order to run the operation as efficiently as possible and ensure all our customers get the service they deserve at peak times of the year, we need to change the way we work in the run up to and time after a bank holiday occurs.

Please familiarise yourself with the below changes. We will of course work with you to be as flexible as we can but we do need to ensure that when order volumes dramatically increase, we can put the pedal to the metal and despatch. We’re sure you agree.

Bank Holidays

  • There will be no Goods In allowed the Tuesday after a bank holiday. This will ensure our team are focussed on dispatching the orders generated over the weekend.
