evri fuel surcharge increase

Dear Valued Customer.

Due to the ongoing situation in the Middle East, our delivery partner, Evri, has experienced a significant increase in fuel and operating costs.

As a result, Evri has introduced temporary surcharges to offset the significant short-term increases to their fuel, energy and sub-contractor costs. This will therefore impact delivery charges for shipments sent on/after Sunday 22nd March 2026:

• A 2.5% increase will apply to all UK delivery services
• A 5.5% increase will apply to all International delivery services
• Any additional country-specific surcharges for international deliveries will be communicated separately where applicable

The intention is that these charges are temporary and will be reviewed regularly, with the intention of removing them as soon as costs return to normal.

We understand that price increases are never ideal and appreciate your understanding during this time. We remain committed to providing reliable delivery services for you and your customers.

We are working closely with our other delivery partners to manage the situation and will provide updates when available.
