Quarantine and release stock.
Need to stop a product from being sent out? We can put it on hold in quarantine, so it isn’t picked for any orders until you tell us to release it. One simple template does both.
When to use it
Common reasons to quarantine.
Damaged or faulty
Stock that’s arrived damaged or failed a quality check.
Product recall
A batch you need to pull from sale straight away.
Awaiting testing
Products waiting on lab results or paperwork before they can be sold.
Date or batch issues
Short-dated or expired stock, or a batch you want to hold back.
Relabelling needed
Stock that needs new labels or packaging before it goes out.
How it works
Three steps, either way.
