If you are a non-UK registered business and would like to work with us in the UK you will need to complete the Importer of Record document below.

The HMRC Fulfilment House Due Diligence Scheme (FHDDS) requires businesses that store, pack, or import goods from outside the UK on behalf of non-UK sellers to register and comply with strict due diligence to prevent VAT and duty fraud. Registered businesses must verify customer VAT details, maintain records, and report non-compliance
