Connect your Wix store.
If your Wix site sells through Ecwid, you can link it to Mintsoft. Your orders flow straight to our warehouse, your stock stays in sync and your customers get tracking when we despatch.

Which Wix shop do you use?
Mintsoft connects to Wix through Ecwid
There’s no direct Mintsoft integration for Wix. If your Wix site uses the Ecwid store, you can connect today. If you use Wix’s own built-in store, talk to us first.
Ecwid on your Wix site
You sell through an Ecwid store added to Wix, and manage products and orders in Ecwid’s control panel. Follow the steps below.
Wix Stores (Wix’s built-in shop)
You manage products and orders in your Wix dashboard. Mintsoft can’t connect to this directly, so speak to your account manager about the options.
If you’re on Ecwid
Your shop runs on Ecwid
You manage products and orders in Ecwid’s control panel, not the Wix dashboard.
A paid Ecwid plan
Ecwid’s free plan doesn’t include API access, so the connection won’t work on it.
Your Ecwid Store ID
You’ll find it at the bottom of your Ecwid control panel.
SKUs that match
Each product needs the same SKU in Ecwid as in Mintsoft.
Step by step
Three steps to go live.
Create your Ecwid app keys
You- Register a custom app at developers.ecwid.com/register.
- Choose Customize a store, as the app is only for your own store.
- Once it’s approved, note your Public Token and Secret Token, plus your Store ID.
Add the connection in Mintsoft
You, or us on a call- Go to Connect → Order Integrations → ECWID and click Add Account.
- Enter your Store ID, choose API type V3 and paste in your tokens.
- Turn on Stock Sync and set it to run every 15 to 60 minutes.
- Click Add.
We check and go live
Scale 3PL- We check your shipping options are mapped to the right courier services.
- We make the connection Active, and orders start importing.

How Ecwid orders work with us.
Which orders import
We import orders once they’re Paid and Awaiting Processing in Ecwid.
Stock syncs back
Your stock levels update in Ecwid automatically, so you don’t oversell.
Despatch and tracking
When we despatch, Ecwid is updated with the status and tracking. We recommend this runs every 15 minutes.
New products only
Mintsoft can import new products from Ecwid, but not changes to existing ones. Tell us about any product changes.
V3 or V1 keys
Both work, but new connections should use V3.
Product sync hourly
New products are checked for once an hour.
Troubleshooting
Something not right?
I use Wix’s own store, not Ecwid
Mintsoft doesn’t connect to Wix Stores directly. Talk to your account manager and we’ll go through the options for your shop.
Where do I find my Store ID?
Log in to your Ecwid control panel. Your Store ID is shown at the bottom of the page.
Orders aren’t importing
Check the order is Paid and Awaiting Processing in Ecwid, that you’re on a paid Ecwid plan, and that your tokens haven’t been changed.
Stock isn’t updating in Ecwid
Check your SKUs match Mintsoft exactly, and that Stock Sync is turned on in the connection.
I changed a product in Ecwid but Mintsoft didn’t update
Ecwid only sends new products to Mintsoft, not changes to existing ones. Let us know and we’ll update the product in Mintsoft.
