What syncs
More than just orders.
Sales orders
Orders in your chosen statuses import into Mintsoft for us to pick and pack.
Despatch updates
When we despatch, the sales order is completed in Unleashed with tracking.
Stock levels
Mintsoft keeps your Unleashed stock in line with what’s on our shelves.
Purchase orders
POs import as ASNs, so we know what’s arriving. Receipts update the PO in Unleashed.
Warehouse transfers
Transfers become a pick at one warehouse and an ASN at the other.
Assemblies
Assemblies can be imported for us to build.
Batch and serial numbers
Batch and serial numbers can sync both ways, if you track them.
Webhooks
Product changes and deleted orders can sync in real time.
Before you start
Four quick checks.
Unleashed Medium plan or above
API access needs Unleashed’s Medium package.
Your warehouse code
Unleashed’s default is MAIN. Find yours under Settings → System → Warehouses.
Never Diminishing turned off
Products marked as Never Diminishing in Unleashed won’t stock sync.
Clean SKUs
Avoid special characters such as &, % or # in SKUs. They can stop orders and stock syncing.
Step by step
Three steps to go live.
Get your API details
You- In Unleashed, go to Integration → Unleashed API Access.
- Copy your API ID and API Key and keep them somewhere safe.
Add the Mintsoft adjustment reason
You- In Unleashed, go to Settings → System → Adjustment Reasons.
- Type Mintsoft in the Adjustment Reason field and click Add.
- Without it, stock sync will fail with an “Invalid AdjustmentReason” error.
Set up the connection together
Scale 3PL, with you on a call- We add the connection with your API details and warehouse code.
- We agree which order statuses to import, and whether to bring in purchase orders, transfers and assemblies.
- We set up stock sync and despatch updates, then make the connection Active.
Order statuses to import
Choose one or more of Unleashed’s standard statuses, or tell us your custom ones. If none are set, only Open orders import.
OpenPlacedParkedBackorderedCompletedWarehouse code
This must match the warehouse your stock is held against in Unleashed. The default is MAIN. You’ll find all your codes under Settings → System → Warehouses.
MAINPlease don’t email your API Key. Email support to book a setup call, and we’ll add it to Mintsoft together.

How Unleashed works with us.
One connection per warehouse
If you import orders from more than one Unleashed warehouse, each one needs its own connection.
Purchase order rules
POs must be under 60 days old and can’t contain bundles, only their components. Changes after import aren’t picked up.
Short or over deliveries
If we receive less than ordered, a new PO is created for the balance. Over-deliveries need completing in Unleashed.
Mintsoft runs your stock
Mintsoft is the stock master, so it sends levels to Unleashed. Stock adjustments use the cost price in Mintsoft.
Moving from trial to live?
If you switch from an Unleashed trial or sandbox to a live account, tell us so we can reset the product links.
Split orders
If we split an order, Unleashed is updated once every part has been despatched.
Troubleshooting
Something not right?
“Invalid AdjustmentReason. Could not find AdjustmentReason Mintsoft”
Add an adjustment reason called Mintsoft in Unleashed under Settings → System → Adjustment Reasons (step 2).
Orders aren’t importing
Check which order statuses we’re importing. If none are set, only Open orders come through. Tell us if you use Placed, Parked or a custom status.
A product’s stock isn’t syncing
Check the product isn’t marked as Never Diminishing in Unleashed, and that its SKU has no special characters.
“The batch number quantity and the shipment quantity… must match”
Some stock on the order is batch or serial tracked, but the numbers don’t match between Unleashed and Mintsoft. Let us know and we’ll line them up.
Stock adjustments are showing as Parked in Unleashed
Unleashed didn’t have enough stock to complete the adjustment. Contact us and we’ll check the levels on both sides.
A purchase order hasn’t come through
Check it was created in the last 60 days, is in a status we import (usually Placed), and doesn’t contain a bundle.
“You cannot complete this assembly… receipted purchase order”
In Unleashed, go to Settings → Company, turn on Use Receipted Stock In Assemblies and save.
