Mintsoft currently supports TikTok Shops based in the UK, Spain and Ireland.
The shop Owner’s login
TikTok only lets the shop Owner account authorise the connection.
One unique SKU per product
Every TikTok product needs its own SKU, matching Mintsoft exactly. Duplicate SKUs won’t sync.
Seller-fulfilled orders
We fulfil orders where you ship (seller fulfilment). Orders TikTok fulfils itself aren’t imported.

Four steps to go live.
Tell us you’re selling on TikTok
You- Email our support team with your TikTok Shop name and the country it’s based in.
- Your account manager will talk you through costs, as TikTok is a premium connection in Mintsoft.
We create the connection
Scale 3PL- We add TikTok Shop to your Mintsoft account using the latest TikTok API.
- We’ll let you know when it’s ready for you to authorise.
Authorise with the Owner account
You- Log in to Mintsoft and go to Connect → Order Integrations, then open the Premium tab and click TikTok.
- Click Authorise next to your connection.
- Log in to TikTok Shop with the shop Owner’s account and approve the connection.
We pick your shop and go live
Scale 3PL- We select your TikTok Shop on the connection and set up stock and product sync.
- We map your orders to TikTok-approved couriers, then make the connection Active.
Orders we import
Seller-fulfilled TikTok orders in either of these statuses:

TikTok only accepts tracking from approved carriers. We ship with these, so your tracking goes through.

Selling bundles? The bundle’s SKU on TikTok must match the bundle SKU in Mintsoft exactly, including capitals.

TikTok sends the whole address in one line, so our team tidies it up before printing the label.
New products picked up
New products you add on TikTok can import into Mintsoft automatically.
Troubleshooting
Something not right?
An order hasn’t imported
We only import seller-fulfilled orders that are Awaiting Shipment or Awaiting Collection. Also check the SKU on TikTok matches Mintsoft exactly.
“Unable to accurately import Product / Sync Stock for SKU as it’s duplicated”
Two or more TikTok products share the same SKU. Give each product a unique SKU on TikTok.
“Unable to Fulfil on TikTok… Could not find matching Shipping Provider”
The courier used isn’t one TikTok accepts. Let us know and we’ll map that service to a TikTok-approved courier.
Bundle stock isn’t syncing
The SKU name on TikTok must match the bundle SKU in Mintsoft exactly, including upper and lower case.
Authorisation didn’t work
Make sure you logged in to TikTok Shop with the shop Owner’s account, not a staff account.
