Changes to Fuel and Energy Surcharge
From 3 May 2026, the Fuel and Energy Surcharge rate will increase 4%. This is in response to rising cost pressures outside of our control, including the ongoing situation in the Middle East and the resulting impact on global oil and fuel prices and shortages.

The notice period for any changes to the Fuel and Energy Surcharge will be reducing from 30 days’ notice to 14 days’ notice in response to volatility in global market fuel conditions.

Increase to International Surcharge
From 3 May 2026 the International Surcharge rate will increase 6%
This is in response to rising cost pressures outside of our control, including the ongoing situation in the Middle East and the resulting impact on global oil and fuel prices and shortages.
