Minimum Monthly Charge

As we continue to grow and refine our operations, we are making a small but necessary update to our pricing structure to ensure we can continue delivering reliable, high-quality service to all our clients—regardless of volume.

Starting 1st October 2025, accounts averaging fewer than 5 orders per day will be subject to a minimum monthly storage charge of £150 per pallet. If at the end of the month, this amount hasn't been reached we will need to send an invoice to cover the shortfall. 

This change helps us better cover the fixed costs associated with managing and maintaining palletised goods, even when order activity is low. It allows us to remain sustainable while continuing to invest in the infrastructure and support that benefits all of our customers.
