Labour charge increase

Important Update to Our Labour Charge

We value transparency and honesty when it comes to the services we provide, and we’re committed to keeping you informed about any changes that may affect your experience with us.

Due to recent government legislative changes concerning the living wage and national insurance contributions, we must make an adjustment to our labour charge. From 1st April 2025, our standard labour charge will increase from £26 to £28.

This decision has not been made lightly. Like many small businesses, we’re facing rising operational costs beyond our control. However, these changes are essential to ensure we can continue to offer you the high-quality service you deserve while supporting our skilled and hardworking team with fair and sustainable wages.

We deeply appreciate your understanding and continued support. Your loyalty means everything to us, and we remain committed to providing excellent service at a fair and competitive rate. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly.

Thank you
