spring increase in fuel surcharge

Dear Customer, 

Following our earlier communication about the emergency temporary fuel surcharge (ETS), we would like to share an important update due to the continued increase in fuel costs. 

Despite the steps Spring GDS has taken to limit the impact, largely driven by surcharges applied by our last-mile partners, a partial adjustment to the fuel surcharge is unavoidable.

The ETS will be increased by 2% on all shipments processed, from Monday 11th May 2026.

This surcharge will only apply while these exceptional circumstances continue. They will be reviewed on an ongoing basis with the aim of reducing or removing the ETS as soon as conditions allow. 

We appreciate your understanding and remain committed to clear and transparent communication.
