Bonded Goods Admin charge

Our EU warehouse has a bonded facility which, providing is up 7+pallets at a time or 30% of your shipment, we can provide you with. However due to ongoing cost pressures, we now charge a fee for the administration of handling bonded goods.

Goods held under customs bond require additional administration and record keeping to ensure stock movements are correctly controlled and documented.

We charge separately for the administration involved when bonded goods enter and leave our warehouse:

Bonded Receipt Administration – £30 per inbound consignment
Covers the administration required to receive goods into bond, including checking the relevant customs documentation, recording the bonded status of the goods within our systems and maintaining the required audit trail.

Bonded Release Administration – £30 per release
Covers the administration required when goods are released from bond, including checking the appropriate release documentation, updating the bonded stock records and maintaining the required audit trail for the movement.

These charges cover bonded warehouse administration only. Standard goods-in, storage, picking, handling and dispatch charges remain applicable. Customs declarations, duties, taxes and third-party customs brokerage charges are not included and will be charged separately where applicable.
